Part 2 of a series comprised of my opinions re: who should consider buying Vancouver Real Estate now & who may want to wait to pursue Vancouver homes for sale.

Today's category of potential Vancouver home buyers is 'The Family'.

I'm a believer in providing your family a home that maximizes quality of life.

If you feel that your current home is not adequete for your family I suggest you take action.

It may not mean buying a new home.

If all your options in your current home have been exhausted then consider buying a home that will help create the quality of life your family deserves.

A great real life example is a young couple who owns a 1 bedroom + den condo & just had a 2nd child. They are finding the lack of space stressful & it is impacting their relationships.

Keep in mind a house or condo of itself will not guarantee a high quality life for your family, that requires effort, patience and lots of love and forgiveness.
