The Hottest Piece of Vancouver Real Estate?

Its Not Just About How A Home For Sale Looks,
Its Also About How It Feels

Today I was viewing properties with clients and I think we may have found of Vancouver's hottest pieces of Real Estate.

It was literally HOT inside this Yaletown loft space. Pushing 30 degrees celsius I would say.

Not comfortable at all, quite concerning for my clients. They really like the place but until we get to the bottom of the temperature it is a question mark.

Now I am glad that this happened as my clients do not want a property that is that warm in mid May never mind what it may be like come summer.

So I am now doing some research into why it was so warm, is this common for the building or this particular suite etc.

On the other hand if you are selling your home your preparation for sale should not be limited to the traditional staging concepts (clean, decluttered, depsersonalized, reducing the amount of furniture etc.).

You should also take into serious consideration what it will FEEL like when home buyers come to view your home for sale. Do the temperatures rise quickly during the day?

If so crack a few windows to allow some air flow or consider installing some sort of permanent climate control system.

Even if you love the heat, not everyone will, make it obvious for those who don't that there is a solution.

You want to leave them intrigued and contemplating an offer, not breathing a sigh of relief once they are out of the heat.
