I am providing a presentation to a group of Vancouver Realtors as we speak (they are suffering through my horrible typing right now) explaining the benefits of using video for their Real Estate business.

And yes I have reinforced the importance of GOOD lighting! My apologies for the poor contrast.

The primary reasons I use video blogging in my Vancouver Real Estate business is to provide quick snippets of relevant Real Estate information for consumers in a quick and easy format.

The secondary reason is it gives the consumer a chance to get to know me, who I am, what I am all about and feel for my personality and what I may be like to work with.

I think it is great tool and hope to see more and more Realtors using video in their business very soon.
