Plenty of prospective Vancouver home buyers will put together a list of homes for sale and jump in the car and head out to take a look at the outside of the home or building and get a feel for the neighbourhood.

If you are going to do so and don't have a GPS here is a great tip shared with me by a client.

They use their prefered online Vancouver Real Estate search, create a list of properties and then use Google Maps to plot out the route that will be the most efficient.

Just remember to print it out and take it with you!
