Each week Realtor Kye Grace hosts a live online Real Estate show called Property Egg TV Wednesdays at 8pm Pacific Time.
A weekly feature is the Deal of the Week. Kye provides a Vancouver home for sale that presents value based on current market conditions. Kye will walk viewers through the property details and why he feels this property is a 'deal'.
The Deal of the Week will cover a wide range of Vancouver property for sale. It will include relatively smaller bachelor suites, condos, townhouses, lofts, duplexs, houses and tear downs or vacant lots. Each week the Deal of the Week will not be everything to each Real Estate buyer or observer. It will however, be of great value for that particular property type or area.
