Vancouver Downtown Real Estate Tour

20 home buyers will have the opportunity to spend a day learning about the process of buying Vancouver Real Estate and seeing 12 of the best valued Downtown condos. Along with viewing 12 properties, participants will receive seminars through out the experience on the home buying process and will also enjoy some of Downtown Vancouver's best coffee and pastries in the morning and dining and wine in the afternoon.

Deals on Wheels will allow 20 people board our luxury limo bus transportation at 9:00am and have them back to the original location by 6pm that night. It seems like a long day but we assure you it will be dynamic, educational and most of all fun. You will leave better prepared to buy Vancouver Real Estate in our current market than the vast majority of buyers in Vancouver.

The day will consist of viewing 12 properties, five 15 minute seminars on topics relating home buying (mortgages, closing/legal, inspection, renovating, and negotiating),a light breakfast, gourmet lunch, afternoon wine tasting, a wrap up Q & A and optional dinner.

The 12 properties will be chosen 2 weeks before the event. They must be at least 10% below market value per square foot and will be under 500K. Their true value will be determined by the quality of finishing, condition of unit and building and the location. We will only be seeing seeing the creme of the crop - the best value for your Downtown Vancouver real estate dollar.

This is not about sales pitches, foreclosures, creating hype or bidding wars nor is it about simply viewing a dozen properties. It is about building a high quality experience for home buyers during a turbulent time in Vancouver Real Estate.

The entire event will be streamed live online using Ustream.tv so people not participating in the tour can view the seminars and chat with the experts online while the participants are viewing the properties. This amazing live stream will be mobile, 100% wireless via Roger portable Internet or 3G Network.

I am excited to announce this project is being undertaken in partnership with Edmonton Realtors Gerard Hagan and Janelle Austin of Edmonton, Alberta who decided to implement this project and invited me to add my marketing flair to it. The events will run simultaneously and will be almost identical in content and nature.

In Vancouver, participants will be required to pay $20 per seat and submit proof of pre approval from a mortgage lender prior to the event. This is to ensure that the limited seats are reserved for those serious about buying in the coming months. All of this money will be donated to a charity related to housing. The organizers will not earn a profit directly from this event, this is truly about providing home buyers a great educational experience now that the market has shifted to their favor.
