Open House Meets Big Brother

Vancouver, BC - January 20, 2009. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Vancouver realtor, Kye Grace will be locking himself up at his client's Gastown suite for three straight days and nights as he hosts Vancouver's first-ever 72 Hour Open House.

With just a sleeping bag, pillow, computer and three days worth of food, Grace will be cloistered at 21-120 Powell Street from Friday, January 23rd at 10am until Monday January 26th at 10am. He'll be available in person, over the internet via a Ustream video broadcast, Twitter and blog to answer any questions about the suite. Whether its noon Friday or Sunday at 3:45 am, the suite will also be available for viewing anytime during the 72 hour period.
And just like the Big Brother reality television program, buyers can watch the whole event live on the internet at www.72houropenhouse.com.

As Donald Trump has said, "when things aren't working, it's time to mix it up." In Vancouver's market of constantly increasing inventory and slow sales, Grace is determined to get his client's property some attention and find him a buyer.
