The house is just one year old and has a classy look and feel on the outside. The inside is very light and sunny. No winter blues in this house. It has 2,495 sq. feet of living space, landscaped front and back yard (facing south; large deck). It's ready to move in and enjoy.

The main living area is on the main floor. You come in to a hallway with stairs to the first floor. In the hallway you will find the door to the 1.5 car garage, the 1/2 bath room, and the door to the dining room. Off the dining room on one hand is the large and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Off the dining room to the other hand is an extra rec room/play room/bedroom. The other room left on this floor is the large and comfortable living room with gas fire place just waiting for you to entertain your guests.

5 Bedrooms in total upstairs

Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms with walk in closets, 1 full bath room, a master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite with bath and separate shower. Total: 5 large bedrooms. Also there is an extra closet and a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and sink (lake view!).

It doesn't get any better than this. Surrounded by several mountains, this is the best place on earth. And don't worry, this isn't the dark side of Hope, you will get sunshine even in the winter.
